My biggest pet peeve besides loud eaters…..

The immediate reactions to “Oh, you teach yoga?”
“I’m not flexible /bendy.”
“I have no balance/strength.”

First of all, no, I wasn’t going to pressure or even invite you to a class. Relax.
Second, how the bloody hell do you think yogis got their power? Magic? “Born with it?” Only a small fraction are born with natural yogic tendencies.

You’ll just have to work at it like the rest of us!

DO yoga to GET STRONG
DO yoga to GET BENDY
DO yoga to GET CLEAR
DO yoga to GET HEALED
DO yoga for FUN.

DO find the RIGHT kind of yoga for you.

I’ve had a personal yoga practice for 8 years and some days I can’t touch my toes!
Guess what?? That isn’t the goal of yoga!!
